The Long Service Award commemorates employees who have served the Company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 years and incorporates the Gold Medallion for retirees. CCMB Get Together Event & White Elephant Gift Exchange 4 December 2018 41 A get together event before the year’s end incorporating fun and interesting gift exchange activities. To ensure the Company understands its employees’ satisfaction levels, we conduct an employee engagement survey every alternate year. The latest survey undertaken in 2017 (in partnership with Willis Towers Watson as the survey administrator) reflected a score of 87%.
