Our chemical business has been around since the inception of ICI Malaysia in 1930. With strong foundation in chemicals, the company was incorporated as a subsidiary of CCM Berhad in 1987. Our core competency in the chlor-alkali business has earned a distinction as the preferred chlor-alkali and specialty chemicals company in Malaysia.
Our Plants
Today, our plant in Pasir Gudang is the country’s leading manufacturer of chlorine, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and coagulants.

Responsible Citizen
We have been at the forefront of the nation’s chemical industry growth. Our commitment lies in delivering the industry’s highest standards of products and services. We are proud signatory of Chemical Industry Council Malaysia (CICM) Responsible Care programme for 25 years to uplift our role as a responsible corporate citizen.
